2.The State Board of Education shall promulgate rules pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary to effectuate the provisions of this act, including the development of the requirements for the technology education endorsement which shall be aligned with the core curriculum content standards. L.2004,c.7,s.2.
