Text
Bonds authorized to be issued under this act may be made the subject of gifts under the Gifts to Minors Act or other similar law, and may be purchased for the benefit of any minor or other beneficiary under any will or other instrument in any case where obligations of the United States or of this State may be purchased, or where moneys are authorized to be deposited in any bank account. L.1971, c. 36, s. 18, eff. March 4, 1971.
