Text
On the taking up or payment of outstanding obligations of a Type II district the board of education of the district shall cancel the same and hold them for inspection by the public school accountant. After such inspection they may be destroyed as authorized by the Bureau of Archives and History, Division of the State Library, Archives and History, State Department of Education. L.1967, c.271; amended by L.1971, c. 440, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1971.
