Chapter 75 of the laws of 1967 is saved from repeal. [This act authorizes boards of education to borrow, in anticipation of taxes, additional sums of money over the fixed annual school budget for the 1967-1968 fiscal year, upon its promissory notes for purposes of transporting pupils to and from school and provides for reimbursement by the state of the interest paid on said notes in the fiscal year in which said interest is paid.] L.1967, c.271.
