§ 18A:24-28 — Charter limitations on indebtedness inapplicable
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
If the charter of any municipality shall limit the amount of indebtedness in such municipality, or by its terms prevent the carrying out of the provisions of this chapter, the charter provisions shall be held not to apply to the issuing of bonds under the provisions of this chapter. L.1967, c.271.
