§ 18A:18A-58 — Rules, regulations
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The State Board of Education, or any State department or agency the State board may designate, may adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) as it may deem necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L. 1985, c. 490, s. 8, eff. Jan. 17, 1986.
