§ 18A:18A-43 — Supervision of school building repairs
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Repairs of all school buildings shall be supervised by the business manager of the district, if there be one, as provided by N.J.S. 18A:17-28, but if the district has no business manager, the board may delegate such power to any appropriate officer of the board as provided by N.J.S. 18A:16-1.2. L.1977, c. 114, s. 1, eff. June 2, 1977.
