10.Notwithstanding any provisions of the "Public School Contracts Law," N.J.S.18A:18A-1 et seq. to the contrary, a board of education may use electronic procurement processes for public works construction contracts, pursuant to the requirements of section 4 of P.L.2020, c.59 (C.52:34A-4). L.2020, c.59, s.10.
