Text
12.The provisions of P.L.1996, c.111 (C.18A:17-24.1 et al.) shall govern the sharing of a superintendent or school business administrator by two or more boards of education and shall not be deemed inconsistent with the provisions of P.L.1973, c.208 (C.40:8A-1 et seq.) insofar as that act may authorize the subcontracting of school district administrative services. L.1996,c.111,s.12.
