§ 18A:17-24.8. Mediation of contract disputes

11.The county superintendent or superintendents if the districts are in different counties shall serve as a mediator for any disputes arising over the interpretation of the contract between the boards of education sharing a superintendent or a school business administrator. L.1996,c.111,s.11.
