§ 18A:17-22 — Assistant superintendent; duties
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Each assistant superintendent of schools shall perform such duties as shall be prescribed by the superintendent of schools with the approval of the board or boards of education employing such superintendent. L.1967, c.271.
