§ 18A:17-19 — Salaries
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The board or boards of education employing a superintendent or assistant superintendent of schools shall fix the salaries of the superintendent and assistant superintendent of schools and the salary of a superintendent shall not be reduced during his term of office. L.1967, c.271.
