§ 18A:17-17 — Certificate required
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
No person shall be appointed, or act as, or perform the duties of, superintendent or assistant superintendent of schools, unless he holds an appropriate certificate as prescribed by the state board. L.1967, c.271.
