11.Upon the enactment of P.L.2001, c.137 (C.18A:73-42.1 et al.), Thomas Edison State College shall be responsible for the administration of the State Library. The State Library shall be in, but not of, the Department of State. L.1969, c.158, s.11; amended 2001, c.137, s.3.
