Text

1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 2 of P.L.1995, c.8 (C.18A:38-8.2) or any other law or regulation to the contrary, a school district which is located in a county of the sixth class according to the latest federal decennial census, which has an October 1998 resident enrollment greater than 2,400 pupils but less than 2,600 pupils, and which sends its pupils in grades 9 through 12 to a school district in the same county pursuant to N.J.S.18A:38-8 shall have representation on the board of education of the receiving district as follows: a.

(1)If the pupils of the sending district comprise less than 10% of the total enrollment of the pupils in grades 9 through 12 of the receiving district, the sending district shall have no representation on the receiving district board of education
