§ 18A:30-5 — Commissioner to enforce chapter
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The commissioner shall enforce the provisions of this chapter to the extent of withholding state school moneys from school districts violating any of the provisions of this chapter. L.1967, c.271.
