§ 18A:17-24 — Clerks in superintendent's office
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The superintendent of schools may appoint, and subject to the provisions of article 1 of this chapter may remove, clerks in his office but the number and salaries of such clerks shall be determined by the board or boards employing him. L.1967, c.271.
