§ 17B:32-83 — Institution of proceedings
New Jersey·Title 17B INSURANCE
53.The commissioner in his sole discretion may institute proceedings under sections 9 and 10 of this act at the request of the commissioner or other appropriate insurance official of the domiciliary state of any foreign or alien insurer having property located in this State. L.1992,c.65,s.53.
