21.A carrier shall not require a small employer to purchase any other insurance coverage, including, but not limited to, life insurance, accident insurance or disability insurance, as a condition of or in conjunction with the purchase of a health benefits plan pursuant to P.L.1992, c.162 (C.17B:27A-17 et seq.). L.1993,c.162,s.21.
