§ 17B:27A-43 — Violations, penalties
New Jersey·Title 17B INSURANCE
27.A carrier which violates any provision of this act shall be liable to a penalty of not less than $2,000 and not greater than $5,000 for each violation. The penalty shall be collected by the commissioner in the name of the State in a summary proceeding in accordance with "the penalty enforcement law," N.J.S.2A:58-1 et seq. L.1992,c.162,s.27.
