§ 17B:27A-31. Contents of plan of operation

New Jersey·Title 17B INSURANCE
15.The plan of operation shall constitute a public record and shall include, but not be limited to, the following: a. A method of handling and accounting for assets and moneys of the program and an annual fiscal reporting to the commissioner; b. A means of providing for the filling of vacancies on the board, subject to the approval of the commissioner; and c. (Deleted by amendment, P.L.1993, c.162).
