§ 17B:27A-20 — Coinsurance, deductibles applicable

4.Plans required to be offered under P.L.1992, c.162 (C.17B:27A-17 et seq.) may be subject to coinsurance and deductibles, which may vary by selected portions of the coverage. The department and the boards of directors of the New Jersey Individual Health Coverage Program and New Jersey Small Employer Health Benefits Program may promulgate regulations to create standard plans or plan design requirements.
