Text
Notwithstanding any provision of a policy of group health insurance, hereafter delivered or issued for delivery in this State, whenever such policy provides coverage for inpatient hospital care or skilled nursing facility care, it shall also provide coverage for home health care. L.1977, c. 99, s. 3.
