§ 17B:27-48 — Exceptions in same type as benefits
New Jersey·Title 17B INSURANCE
Exceptions in the policy shall be printed in the policy and in the certificate with the same prominence as the benefits to which they apply. L.1971, c. 144, s. 17B:27-48.
