§ 17B:27-36 — New entrants
New Jersey·Title 17B INSURANCE
There shall be a provision that all new employees or new members, as the case may be, in the groups or classes eligible for such insurance must be added to such eligible groups or classes. L.1971, c. 144, s. 17B:27-36.
