§ 17B:17-8 — State defined
New Jersey·Title 17B INSURANCE
When used in context signifying a jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey, "State" means any State, district, territory, commonwealth, or possession of the United States of America, and the Panama Canal Zone. L.1971, c. 144, s. 17B:17-8.
