Text
a.A "domestic" insurer is one formed under the laws of this State.
b.A "foreign" insurer is one formed under the laws of a jurisdiction of the United States of America other than this State.
c.An "alien" insurer is one formed under the laws of any country other than the United States of America, its States, districts, territories, commonwealths, possessions and the Panama Canal Zone. L.1971, c. 144, s. 17B:17-7.
