§ 17B:17-24 — Content of policy forms; construction with other laws
New Jersey·Title 17B INSURANCE
A policy form meeting the requirements of section 5a. shall be filed or approved notwithstanding the provisions of any other law which specifies the content of policies, if the policy form provides the policyholders and claimants protection no less favorable than they would be entitled to under such law. L.1979, c. 167, s. 8, eff. Aug. 6, 1979.
