§ 17B:26-1 — Filing of forms

17B:26-1.

a.No health insurance policy, or application, if a written application is required and is to be made a part of the policy, or printed rider or endorsement for use with the policy, shall be delivered or issued for delivery in this State unless the form has been filed with the commissioner for approval in accordance with the provisions of section 16 of P.L.1995, c.73 (C.17B:25-18.2).
b.(Deleted by amendment, P.L.1995, c.73.) c. If a form is disapproved by the commissioner during the 60-day period, it may not be delivered or issued for delivery unless it is resubmitted and approved in accordance with the provisions of subsections b., c. and d., of section 16 of P.L.1995, c.73 (C.17B:25-18.2).
