Text

Nothing in this act shall be construed to apply to any loan or extension of credit which a banking institution may make pursuant to any other law of this State or any regulation promulgated pursuant to such law, nor shall this act be construed as prescribing an exclusive method for the making of loans for educational purposes. L.1975, c. 287, s. 10, eff. Jan. 12, 1976.
