84.
a.Any foreign bank or commercial lending company to which an order is issued under section 81 or 82 of P.L.1996, c.17 (C.17:9A-462 or C.17:9A-463), may apply to the commissioner to modify or rescind the order. The commissioner shall not grant the application unless he finds that it is in the public interest to do so and that it is reasonable to believe that the bank or commercial lending company will, if and when it is again licensed to establish an office, comply with all applicable provisions of sections 79 through 85 of P.L.1996, c.17 (C.17:9A-460 through C.17:9A-466) and of any regulation or order issued thereunder.
