45.
a.No foreign bank which is licensed to establish an agency or branch office shall concurrently establish a federal agency or federal branch in this State.
b.No foreign bank which establishes a federal agency or federal branch in this State shall concurrently be licensed to establish an agency or branch office in this State. L.1996,c.17,s.45.
