34. a. To the extent specified by the commissioner by regulation, order or written request:

(1)each bank holding company or person that controls a New Jersey bank or a New Jersey bank holding company shall submit to the commissioner one or more copies of each report filed with any bank supervisory agency, except for any report the disclosure of which would be prohibited by applicable federal or State law, within 15 days after the filing thereof with that agency; and (2) each person that controls a New Jersey bank or a New Jersey bank holding company that does not file a report with any other bank supervisory agency shall file an annual report with the commissioner. b.
