§ 17:9A-404 — Declaration of dividends
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
A subsidiary capital stock savings bank may declare dividends on its capital stock pursuant to the provisions of section 52 of P.L. 1948, c. 67 (C. 17:9A-52). L. 1987, c. 201, s. 23.
