§ 17:9A-340 — Separability of provisions
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
If any section or portion of a section of this act shall be invalid for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining sections or portions of sections. L.1948, c. 67, p. 415, s. 340.
