§ 17:9A-302 — Liability of commissioner
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The commissioner shall not be subject to any civil liability or penalty nor to any criminal prosecution for any error in judgment or discretion in any action taken or omitted by him in good faith under the provisions of this article. L.1948,c.67,s.302.
