§ 17:9A-288 — Unclaimed funds; costs
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The costs of proceedings taken pursuant to sections 286 and 287 shall be charged ratably by the Clerk of the Superior Court against the funds so deposited in the court. L.1948,c.67,s.288.
