Text
Upon the filing of the certificate in the department pursuant to subsection C of section 284, the bank shall be dissolved, and its corporate rights, privileges and franchises shall be terminated. A copy of the certificate, certified by the commissioner, shall be evidence in all courts and places. L.1948,c.67,s.285.
