Text

The Superior Court shall have jurisdiction, on notice to the commissioner, to hear and to determine, in a summary manner or otherwise, objections to a claim or claims allowed against the bank by the commissioner, when such objection is made by depositor, other creditor or stockholder of the bank. Any issue triable of right by a jury shall be so tried unless a jury is waived. L.1948,c.67,s.283; amended 1953,c.17,s.50.
