§ 17:9A-279 — Judgment on accounting
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
In any proceeding the court shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine in a summary manner or otherwise all matters arising therein, and shall enter such judgment or order as may be proper and appropriate. L.1948,c.67,s.279; amended 1953,c.17,s.49.
