Text
If any person shall refuse to obey a subpoena or a subpoena duces tecum issued pursuant to section 260, the Superior Court may, upon application by the commissioner and proof of such refusal, make an order directing such person to obey the subpoena or subpoena duces tecum, and may punish for contempt any person disregarding such order. L.1948, c.67,s. 261.
