New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
258.A summary of the report of assets and liabilities as of the end of the most recent fiscal year, required to be submitted to the department pursuant to section 256 of P.L.1948, c.67 (C.17:9A-256), shall be readily available to customers of the bank. L.1948, c.67,s.258; amended 1996, c.17, s.19.
