256.
A.Every bank and out-of-State bank with a branch office in this State shall make and file in the department, not less than two reports during each year, in the form prescribed by the commissioner.
B.Every report filed pursuant to subsection A of this section shall state in detail and under appropriate heads the assets and liabilities of the bank or out-of-State bank at the close of business on any day specified by the commissioner, and shall be filed in the department within ten days after the receipt by the bank or out-of-State bank of a request therefor. The report shall be attested by the signatures of at least three directors who are not officers of the bank or out-of-State bank, and shall be verified by the oaths of at least two officers of the bank or out-of-State bank.
