§ 17:9A-251 — Perpetual existence for banks and savings banks heretofore or hereafter organized
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Every bank and savings bank heretofore or hereafter organized, regardless of the term of its existence specified in its certificate of incorporation, shall have perpetual existence, subject to liquidation and dissolution as otherwise provided in this act. L.1948, c. 67, p. 370, s. 251.
