§ 17:9A-214 — Violations; penalty
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
A violation of this article shall be a misdemeanor and the Superior Court shall have jurisdiction to enjoin such violation at the suit of the commissioner. L.1948, c. 67, p. 349, s. 214.
