§ 17:9A-193 — Officers and managers; compensation
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
A savings bank may pay its managers for attendance at meetings of the board, or for service upon committees, or for other service rendered, such reasonable compensation as shall be from time to time fixed by a vote of a majority of the board of managers; and it may pay its officers and employees such reasonable compensation as shall be fixed by the managers. The commissioner may direct that the amount of such compensation be reduced if in his judgment it is excessive. L.1948, c. 67, p. 334, s. 193.
