§ 17:9A-192 — Officers and managers; removal
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
A.A manager of a savings bank may be removed at any time by vote of two-thirds of the entire membership of the board at the time in office.
B.An officer of a savings bank may be removed at any time by vote of a majority of the entire membership of the board at the time in office. L.1948, c. 67, p. 334, s. 192.
