§ 17:9A-173 — Limitation on actions
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
No reorganization effected pursuant to the provisions of this article shall be questioned in any action in any court unless such action is instituted within three months from the issuance of the certificate of authority pursuant to subsection C of section 168. L.1948, c. 67, p. 304, s. 173.
