§ 17:9A-123 — Certificate as evidence
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The certificate of amendment and the amended certificate or a copy thereof duly certified by the commissioner, shall be evidence in all courts and places. L.1948, c. 67, p. 277, s. 123.
