§ 17:52-5 — Application for charter
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The submission of the certificate of incorporation and the certified statement pursuant to sections 3 and 4 of this act shall constitute the application for a charter under this act. L.1957, c. 218, p. 755, s. 5.
